My Dose of Happiness | Keurig

Hello everyone, hope everyone is having a fantastic week so far! Today I am going to talk about a very important topic.. something that I absolutely cannot live without - COFFEE! Anyone who knows me very well knows that I can't start my day off right without a good cup of coffee. I have recently received a beautiful coffee machine from Keurig, it's the Keurig K200 in dark grey colour (hence the model name "Graphite"). I don't usually drink coffee at home because 1. I am always out 2. The time it takes to make coffee at home is too long (yes I admit do not have a lot of patience when it comes to coffee). With the addition of this new Keurig coffee machine, I've only got one thing to say about this: "Never say never"!
I've been so impressed by this machine - the setup was super easy, and it is super user-friendly! I love the touch screen design of this machine, something my old coffee machine does not have. With this touch screen feature, I can control the amount of coffee I want, and the strength of the coffee. I can make a cup of coffee at the touch of a button and it only takes a minute to make one!
As soon as I posted my new Keurig machine on my Instagram, I received a couple of questions about the sustainability of the K-Cup Pods. I want to ensure you that Keurig is doing two things to make sure the K-Cup Pods are environmentally-friendly. By the end of 2018, all the K-Cup Pods will be 100% recyclable in Canada. Recyclable K-Cup Pods are hitting the shelves across Canada and will be available in all K-Cup Pods varieties by the end of next year. All the pods are designed so you can peel off the foil lid, compost the coffee grounds, and recycle the plastic cup. Another great thing Keurig is doing is introducing the K-Cup Reusable Coffee Filter. The size and shape of this filter is the same as any other K-Cup pods, except now you can add your favourite coffee grounds inside the filter and make your favourite cup coffee! (you can shop for your coffee grounds here.)
I really love the design and functionality of the K200, and I really appreciate what Keurig is doing for the environment. If you are a coffee-addict just like me, maybe it is time to think about getting one for yourself?
